”Efö” is a small, friendly school which means that we get to know each other quickly here. We work in an open, international atmosphere. There are eleven evangelical (Christian) folk high schools in Finland and two of them are Swedish-language schools.
We hope that the fact that we are a Christian school is noticeable primarily in the attitude and atmosphere we work in – with respect and care for our students.
Besides high quality education, we strive to give each student an opportunity for personal development, which often happens through meeting new people and encountering different cultures.
You will also have the opportunity to live in the school’s student residence. During their year at Efö, many students have made life-long friendships.
Besides the normal school schedule we want to offer other valuable experiences such as School Camp, a family and friends evening, our Christmas concert & party, the “Gloria Dei” worship services and a school trip.
