Info on EFÖ
Evangeliska Folkhögskolan i Österbotten has since 1926 worked in several locations. Its current and final location in Vasa dates back to 1942. Since then many buildings have been added to the school in order to realize our diverse activities. The school is owned by a guarantee society and acts on a Christian basis in close association with the Swedish Lutheran evangelical society in Finland, Svenska Lutherska Evangeliföreningen i Finland r.f. EFÖ wants to offer a safe environment.
The school year starts at the end of August and ends in late May. It consists of 36 weeks.
The EFÖ basic course for the school year 2009–2010 consists of six programmes, that is, The Computer Programme, The Music Programme, The Immigration Programme, The Language Programme, The Textile and Carpentry Programme and The Re-Creative Programme.
