The Immigration Programme
The Immigration Programme is the school’s largest programme. Those that study here want to learn Swedish and Finnish fast and efficiently. At the same time, they get to know Finnish culture, manners and customs.
Often about 20 nationalities and languages are represented during one school year.
Both Swedish and Finnish are taught at different levels, and in addition to the language studies you can choose practical subjects, computer science and some musical subjects.
The goal of the education is that the students after one or two years will have such a mastery of the language that they can continue their studies or enter into working life and in that way be easily integrated into society.
